- Forms must be send to: camporee@badenpowell.ca. If you take a picture, make sure they are clear enough
- Medical form will be check
- Conditions if cancell? Event will take place no mather what. Very bad weather or other condition could cancell the event.
- Condition for acceptable cancellation of explorer? None but you can find an other explorer to take your place.
- Reimbursement condition? No reimbursement will be given. Reimbursement could be studing on a case by case base.
